54% dark chocolate bar with Chios mastic and freeze-dried orange slices, distinguished by its balanced cocoa character, delicate bitter notes, and smooth cocoa finish. Crafted with premium dark Belgian couverture chocolate, it delivers a rounded bittersweet profile with mild acidity and velvety texture. The pure Chios mastic oil adds refined herbal and resinous aromas, while the vibrant citrus notes of freeze-dried orange create a fresh and uniquely Mediterranean tasting experience, preserving the fruit’s natural aromas, vitamins, and vivid color through the freeze-drying process. 

Pair your tasting with mineral water to allow the flavors of the chocolate to fully express themselves. You may store our chocolates in a cool, dry place (18 °C) in their original packaging, or in the lower compartment of your refrigerator after protecting the box in a paper or plastic bag. In this latter case, remove the chocolates 30 minutes before tasting.
