Every Mykonos Chocolate Co. order is carefully prepared in our chocolate atelier in Mykonos, Greece.
From the moment your order is received until it reaches your doorstep, every detail is designed to preserve the quality, beauty, and craftsmanship of our creations.
Crafted in Mykonos
Every chocolate is handcrafted in small batches at our atelier in Mykonos using premium ingredients and carefully selected chocolate.
We do not mass produce. We prepare every order with the same attention to detail that defines our brand.
Temperature Protection
Chocolate is delicate by nature.
To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we carefully monitor seasonal temperatures and use insulated packaging whenever required. During periods of extreme heat, we may temporarily delay shipment by one or two business days to protect the quality of your chocolates. Our priority will always be delivering your order in perfect condition—not simply delivering it as quickly as possible.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During periods of exceptionally high demand, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure reliable delivery and full parcel tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Warm Weather Shipping
Because chocolate is highly sensitive to temperature, special precautions are taken during the summer months.
These may include:
• Thermal insulation
• Protective cooling materials
• Adjusted dispatch schedules
• Delayed shipment during extreme temperatures
Our goal is simple: your chocolates should arrive exactly as they left our atelier.
Our Freshness Promise
Every order leaves our atelier in perfect condition. If your chocolates arrive damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the products. Our Customer Care team will review your request and work quickly to provide an appropriate solution.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We recommend delivering to an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel immediately. Mykonos Chocolate Co. cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Gift Orders
Sending a gift?
Every order may include a complimentary personalized gift message, which can be added during checkout.
For gift orders:
• No pricing information is included inside the package.
• Orders are beautifully presented and ready to gift.
Returns
As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist.
