If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

Mykonos Chocolate Co. does not store or have access to your full payment card information.

Orders are generally dispatched within the estimated timeframe shown on our Shipping Information page.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

During periods of high temperatures, shipments may be delayed to ensure product quality.

8. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping address provided.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive deliveries.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate products, we cannot accept returns of food items once delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and products.

Each case will be reviewed individually, and where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be offered.
