From bean to bar, each step is designed to minimize environmental impact: small-batch processes that limit waste, energy-efficient production practices, and continual efforts to reduce consumption of water and power. We avoid artificial additives and ingredients with a high environmental burden. Like all good things, quality doesn’t need excess — it needs intention.
